first of all there's no suck thing as massive chicken breeding farms. Farmers buy day old chicks @ about .64 cents each they aren't caged and are watered and feed regularly the means of a computerized feeding system. Chickens that lay eggs are in cages so the eggs don't break. Turkeys are raised the same way and so are domestic ducks. Now as for cattle they are hey and grain feed. I know where my meat comes from as I buy from the local farmer. I have been to many a chicken farm and cattle farm and there is generally no problem.
