Booking as always with CA was easy.

I have been to CA (BC) many times and always thought I got great value for my money. Always a good experience…until tonight.

Booked a 45-minute session with Alynah and the best part was when I was leaving. I know and accept that every MA is different as is every session with an MA. However, there are certain minimums one would expect from CA. I have always enjoyed and thought a session at CA included a GFE level. Perhaps things have changed at CA, since the rebrand, but when Alynah and I were discussing what I wanted in the session, she told me that if I wanted a GFE session it would be an additional fee. Forum rules prohibit me from stating how much she said it would be but it was more than what I paid for the 45-minute session. I was floored. I was basically going to have to pay double to get the GFE that I believed was included just in booking the session. I politely declined. Alynah also went and used her phone on three occasions right in the middle of the session.

To put it mildly, the session was lackluster and little connection. I left without speaking to reception but plan on reaching out to CA at some point.

Sorry to hear this happened to you bud. It's always a good idea to reach out to a potential MA that piqued your interest (text or DM them on Twitter, most have twitter account) to enquire about expectations, what you would like in a session, if they are comfortable with that, and if there are add-on charges. This clears the air beforehand and you can decide there and then whether to proceed or not. In my experience, most MAs will respond with some sort of answers, some will say they will only discuss this in person. But at least, you have some information to base your decision on. Perhaps, this would not have changed the outcome on this particular instance, but it may have put up some red flags. I encourage you to reach out to Jess, she is an great person to work with in sorting out what happened and how to move on amicably.

I had the same experience with Alynah. With GFE based upon definition of the big list of Ottawa MAs, my service was matter-of-fact: 1 body slide on back, no touching because of dry skin or extreme sensitivity or touching allowed based upon increased tip, and an almost cold shower beforehand. I showered alone at the end of session just so I could turn up the hot water. For these reasons it was memorable and I shall not soon forget it, though not for the same reasons as you would remember a session with Asia or Selena or Moonie or Sadie May.

Was also upcharged at Alpha recently (not from Alynah) for things that used to be standard.

thanks for the review, I was going to see her at some point, but now I won't. Sorry you had a bad session.

I think that upcharging at that club shouldn't be allowed, even if it's within the rules of the club, which I do not break or expect

My view is that if things happen outside of club policy than I am fine with being upcharged. Not that it ever happened….

But if it involved a YMMV act that is permitted by club policy such as kissing or daty then there should be no up charge. If the attendant chooses not to offer those above due to YMMV I am fine with that as well. But do not only offer it for an extra fee either. Leave it to the client to choose to tip if they want.

For the poster who said she is new. Come on now — she has been there for at least a few months. Based on my history at brass I have to think this is communicated as a no no.

I am finding that recently upcharges are creeping up more often. I asked two individuals from different spas for info and they both said that if I wanted GFE that it was extra. Both spas I had been to many times and never had I ever had this happen. At least I found out on text before and not when I got there. If this is a new trend that is going to stick, I will rethink my adventures.

That's fine and all, but the MA in question literally does not want you to contact her unless it's to book.

Don't know why but my post from yesterday was deleted... Mod should at least tell us why when they do that. At least I would know why...
As for my post, I'll post it again as I don't think I said anything against board policies.

What I was saying is that since the reopening of the SPAs(Alpha & CMJ mainly for me),
what was normally part of a sessions(and I'm not talking about what is not suppose to be provided there)
is often now an upcharge and by quite a lot.

The upcharging used to be prohibited in spas like CMJ and Brass. You were provided a basic service including BS, SF2 etc and often other things included in GFE including kissing, etc. I did have an experience before the pandemic where an MA asked for an upcharge on something that was often part of the basic service and I politely declined to pay the upcharge and struck her from my list of MAs to visit in the future. If I think an MA went above and beyond in the service then I will gladly tip for it, but don't expect to be given a menu in one of those two spas.

I had a conversation with an MA last week in session and she said she had had a conversation with a colleague who wanted to know why she made more money. Her response was "I kiss, you don't". Guys who want that GFE-type experience want that and because she does it, she gets more repeats and more tips.

If I have an MA who doesn't want to do a BS, or SF2 and no intimacy (avoiding being touched etc) then I am not going to repeat. I realize YMMV and if there is no chemistry then I probably wouldn't repeat anyway. As the MA's have the right to withhold service for YMMV, clients have the same right to refuse to book the same girl. You use the power of your wallet. There are plenty of choices out there, and there is no reason to accept service you are unhappy with.

I spoke with Jess today.
Jess listened to what I had to offer, was extremely professional, and brought me closure to the experience.
Can the moderators please lock this thread as the issue is considered resolved.
thanks

Haha "Jess asked me to have the thread locked". Just a joke, but I would say the thread has evolved into a discussion about upcharging at spas.

It sounds like some of the spas are changing their pricing/service models, are the days of all in pricing gone at some of the spas? This deserves more conversation. is it safe to say that the two spas in town that used to embrace all in pricing no longer do? Will anyone from either spa announce this new format?

Great post. 100% agreed with your statement 'You use the power of your wallet'
