She is very thin, I can see her rib cage through her skin (meth). The place is kinda expose to the main road and there is a strong scent of freshener trying to cover something(meth). She started BBJ and then she stop after 5 - 10 mins. She said I have consumed too much of her time already. I ask for the $50 back ,she said that's why she does not like brown people. Then she ask me to leave. I was not even brown. My skin was dark ,because I just came back from a vacation in the tropics. Avoid this racist SP , her dirty assembly line place. So I guess the question is this: how does anyone not in this industry stay clean? Regular testing, abstaining and taking the medications necessary if you do catch something, making sure your partners are tested regularly and are clean. How did any of us stay clean before we understood sexual health the way we do now or before we started in this hobby? Because, like most, I can confidently say, all of us were probably pretty reckless about using protection in our younger years.
Factually speaking, the most common things are: HPV, chlamydia, and the clap. Most of the more severe ones are nowhere near as common anymore and the vast majority of people are clean. Not to say it can't happen but definitely far less frequent than in decades past.
Again,, not condoning, encouraging, or trying to give anyone a reason to do it. Simply just answering the question from a more logical and factual perspective.
