Next time an SP tries to pull that stunt with you, take out your phone and begin to dial 911 (and tell her you are doing this). What she is doing is attempting to extort money out of you, and the cops take a dim view of that kind of shit. It's a pretty safe bet she'll back down.I offered to pay her some and leave, but she got quite threatening with me, throwing herself at the door when I tried to leave. So I paid her way more than I should have and left feeling really unhappy. Be careful.
Right. Because I'm a real position of power here... What then happens if she calls my bluff and claims that I tried to rape her? Or starts screaming bloody murder? Or if she has a bf or security in the next room?
I'm pretty sure cops take an awfully dim view of our kind here. This way I leave unhappy and with a lighter wallet, but I'm not an idiot, inviting god knows what.
I am also inclined to agree with Clip's rationale. It's not worth inviting potential unknown risks in this kind of situation.Right. Because I'm a real position of power here... The attitude of the cops depends on the jurisdiction. I'm from T.O. so perhaps I should not be sounding off on the Ottawa board. I know that here, the cops would be very interested in the extortion (which is a crime), and not in the fact that you were a customer of a prostitute (which is not currently a crime).I'm pretty sure cops take an awfully dim view of our kind here.
It's true. The Ottawa police are very fair and don't jump to conclusions. I've had a couple of run ins and the police actually helped to prove my innocence and didn't seem to care in the least the circumstance leading up to the altercation. The attitude of the cops depends on the jurisdiction. The reason she gets away with the extortion is that her victims don't report the crime.
