I wouldn't say that the male operator is unfriendly. I just think he might not know much about Ottawa bookings. I once received an email reply (presumably from him) saying that I can't book several weeks ahead, but later on got another response from Taylor apologizing for misunderstanding, and she said she handles Ottawa bookings personally and others might be unaware of Ottawa schedule. That said, the most reliable way to book (at least for me) is to either call or email. I never relied on SMS or WebSite bookings, they rarely work (sorry, Mirage, but it's true). Thanks for the clarification. On a couple of occasions, I had talked to you and one other lady. You were both friendly and helpful, but I was totally turned off this time.
