Hi, Taylor,

Thanks for the clarification. On a couple of occasions, I had talked to you and one other lady. You were both friendly and helpful, but I was totally turned off this time.

I will make sure to use the right number next time.
I wouldn't say that the male operator is unfriendly. I just think he might not know much about Ottawa bookings. I once received an email reply (presumably from him) saying that I can't book several weeks ahead, but later on got another response from Taylor apologizing for misunderstanding, and she said she handles Ottawa bookings personally and others might be unaware of Ottawa schedule. That said, the most reliable way to book (at least for me) is to either call or email. I never relied on SMS or WebSite bookings, they rarely work (sorry, Mirage, but it's true). But my emails always get prompt replies.

I have similar experience. Texts don't always get replied to with Mirage. So calling is always the most easiest and direct for quickest response.

My very first Mirage booking was done thru website booking few years ago. The website was still in it's old black& gold format and it worked brilliantly for me.
Subsequent bookings resulted in that chain of e-mails until I got comfortable and started calling.

LOL!! I was nervous to call when I first started the hobby. :bump2:
Now I'm OK. :D

Yeah, my first booking through the old website also worked, though I've seen a few people complaining about it. I still think that emails is the most reliable way. That way it's also easier to keep track of my hobbying history :)

Our previous SMS number set up was a nightmare, our new one is amazing and much more reliable. Give it a try, I promise you'll be pleasantly surprised my love ;)

Keep in mind we can only reply during office hours, texts sent after we are closed will likely not be replied to for obvious reasons.

xoxo Taylor

email is also my preferred way of booking and it works usually very well. Except when I tried to book Alice. I did send an email the first morning that the ad had appeared, but was scooped by those phoning, and I could not secure a time fitting my schedule. It was already too late at 10:30 a.m. Next time Alice comes, I will phone at 9:00 a.m. sharp, as anyone else, unfortunately...

Yeah, Alice is a special case, lol. But I was able to book her by email this time, so, maybe bad luck for you.
