Agency Response Time

How long do you typically wait for an agency to get back to you once you reach out? Same day? Within 48hrs?

Is this by text? One hour max. I send a "bump" if no reply. (This assuming you are texting during their normal hours)

In my experience, if they haven't replied in one hour, most likely they missed your text and they won't at all.

For same day bookings, most agencies will get back to you within an hour or less.

For pre-bookings, some agencies won't even look at requests until they are finished with their same day bookings and confirmations. Usually, even in that case, they will probably get back to you later in the day.

Don't know TP. So response time whether same day or pre booking should be within 60mins. Sure you can bump at 30 and 60min. Any business of this field should be like this. Now if an independent, I think it was agreed here in one of the threads.

I received a response once in 3 mins one time and was asked if I could be there in 21 mins. Like NO. I am 45 mins away. Not TP btw.

For TP - I found sending them a email much faster. Wasn't for same day booking but never-the-less it was a email and they responded within 24HRS. Which reminds me - always wanted to see Cici again .
