Got texted as I'm waiting for my incall appt. that said she wasn't feeing feeling well and had to go home. This text came 10 minutes before my appt. time . This a reputable well reviewed agency. Should they have offered some kind of compensation towards a future booking ? I think they should have considering I drove all the way downtown just to see her as well as being inconvenienced in other ways.

If you are already at the venue, the good agencies will offer you a discount on your next appointment without you asking.
Agencies flake too, but not as much as indies.
Which brings me to one of my pet peeves; when an agency calls you to move the time UP. For example:
I'll ask for an appt at 9pm.
They say she's avail at 10pm. I say OK, I'll take it.
Then at 630pm a "private number" calls to say she's avail at 9pm.
No, I've made other plans. I'm not waiting by phone hoping the SP's schedule opened. I realize they want to squeeze in as many clients but if we agreed to a certain time then keep the appt!
And FFS, don't interrupt my family dinner with mysterious calls from a private number!

Sure but as I said, they can't read his mind. If neonlite's response to the text was "ok" then the agency would have no idea there was even a problem. He should have replied or better, PHONED and talked to the human being at the agency and explained his unhappiness at the time. Asked if there was another girl available, or if he could get a break on the price of a re-book.
Coming here to whine about it seems incredibly passive or passive/aggressive. There's nothing any of us can do to help him out, but possibly the agency could - IF he talked to them.
He says the agency is "reputable and well-reviewed". There's a reason agencies get that way - they offer good customer service. But as far as we know he didn't even tell them there was anything wrong.
