Too young to remember milk delivery but I do remember juice delivery. Company was Home or Holiday Juice out of Hamilton. I seem to recall it had a mob connection.
I almost did, got hauled into principal's office with 2 others for horsing around, he brought out the strap and showed it to us to scare us, but we never got it, received a stern talking to.
Two things that no longer exist: stopping at the barbershop for a shave every morning on the way to school( I hit puberty hard while still in high school) and not touching the groceries once at the checkout- they would bag them, carry them to the car(some stores even had conveyor belts). The barber thing you can technically still find, but finding one that can do it at 7 am, do it well and fast is like finding a white rino. The last one I was using had himself a heart attack last year and checked out. And he still knew how to use the real razor and the hot towels. A huge loss, RIP.

LOL! In the old country it was the nun with the 1m ruler during the calligraphy lessons. She always hit the knuckles just right. And the geography teacher who had a penchant for throwing anything handy at students. And then of course there was the math teacher who compensated the lack of her teaching skill with the length of the rubber hose. To her credit, unlike visiting the principal, the "executions" were public, but you got to keep your pants on.

The Underground Barbershop, 794 Sheppard Ave E. north side, east of Bessarian Subway, in the strip mall on the far side of beside MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op).
They will shave you with hot towels and a straight edge razor. I think they are one of the very few in the city that still does this.
I don't know if they are open during these COVID-19 times.
When my family were living on Caledonia/St Clair, I remember the wooden crates of Italian pop delivered to our house...just like in the film Goin Down The Road.
Almost all of them have been discontinued except for Brio.
The old fashioned corner store where you could walk up on a hot summer day with 10 cents and get a pop and some candy then sit on the walk and watch the world go by.
I got the "slugs" from Principal Clubine when I was 7 for throwing snowballs at brick wall with no windows. 3 whacks on each palm. Snowballs were frowned upon.
