Empress Hotel in Victoria... Bit of a hike for tea, but there's a really good chocolate place just down the street too....

There is a place by the Forks of the Credit, north of Brampton that had a wonderful tea service, but the last time I was there was in the 80's

the cataract inn ..... It had a for sale sign on it last year.
