hey Terbites, need some advice,,,work for a small food company,dealing with a married coworker who says she likes me ( as a friend). Problem is she also works with another guy, who she sees more often, who shes really into (hes married). The situation is both of their relationships are lacking the spark, so I,m suspecting they are seeing each other outside of work, not steady, but when its convenient. He phoned her on our night shift a few weeks back. I dont think sh,d leave her husband at this point as hes a control freek. Question is should I ask her if shes having an affair or just drop it?...I dont want to jeopardize my friendship w her or have her make my life at work miserable. No I dont want to hookup w her,,just be friends,,any advice?

If you are the manager in charge of both of them, it would be a really good time to have HR (not you) remind everyone of the "No Dating Co-workers Rule".
