Let's define a quality real review
Not that hard. At least it wasn't. The key is to read well known member review, take that with a grain of salt, and see if follow up from other well know member (especially critical ones) have consistent experiences. Let the numbers do the talking.
I heard lately that some members are doing negative reviews even though they never seen the person to try to extort discounts or just a competitor. To see if that might be the case, comb through their post history.
Always do a comb over of accounts till you develop of confidence.
As someone accused of shilling, it's unfortunate that no effort was taken to review the content for authenticity and quality. Of all my reviews, the one thing I won't do is make shit up, lie, or misdirect. The thing I try not to do is unnecessarily slander till I can confirm a consistent negative experience, discuss it with the SP or other party of interest. Took me many decades to learn to be a nicer person.
I do make exception, where a blatantly negative experience warrants sharing to protect the community here at large. This doesn't happen often, but it's a 2 way street. It's not all unicorn
and rainbow 
out there.
