I was a bit disappointed in the salesman at best but. He showed me the Monster cables at I believe $129 (the blueray player was $109) and then showed me the cheapo $29 ones that he said was crap.
Depends whop you get. I got some solid advice from a couple there when getting my new i7 PC from them over a year ago. They didn't even pressure me into getting extra warr and services that they said were not necessary. It seems there is a high turnover at BB and all those salesmen that gave good advice are not there anymore. They were all replaced by new sales staff. Haven't had to deal with the new ones yet, so have no idea if they push all the extra add-on stuff.
