Partial answers to my questions, and left me hanging. I don’t like to have my time wasted when I ask about menu and tributes. Too many times, I have fallen for, ‘come over and we will talk’ bullshit.

My comment on the general state of things is that there are a lot of new providers, but it is difficult to find the good ones among them. I am too old to take a chance on new ones; I will largely stick to my favourites. Too much disappointment, otherwise.
You favourites of mine know who you are and I can say honestly that I love each one of them in their special way.

Well said. I only have one regular right now, and except for looking for one more that would allow Greek / dato (10-20% of my visits), I stick to my one regular for 8-9 times out of 10.
