Adding A Profile Picture on TERB

I can't find any setting to change the default profile picture on my terb account.

I've gone to Settings > My Profile and I don't see any option to change it.

I've clicked on the default profile picture but nothing come up for me to be able to change it.

I've also clicked on [ CUSTOMIZE MY PROFILE ] but nothing shows up in the options available to change it.

It just doesn't look good for branding, having to have the default profile picture appear next to my posts on the forum.

Can someone explain to me where in the settings can I find the option to change my profile picture?

You have to be blue (advertiser) in order to do it.
You aren't considered an advertiser with your current account status.
