Don't see an SP. Take a bit of time off and let it heal up.

When I shave I shave everything down below. I usually do it two or three days before I'm going to see an SP. Never shave same day then go see SP. Just in case of cuts and all.

Definitely don't see an sp until it has healed. In terms of std risk, an open wound is worse than having sex without a condom.

Happened to me once, I abstained from seeing anyone for a week, even though the cut healed by the fourth day. Just make sure the blades are sharp next time, MACH 3 works greatly for me.

I would suggest to keep the area really clean, put some Micatin Cream on it and abstain from seeing sp's for a week until it heals. If that gets infected down there, it's a bitch to heal and can be itchy as hell if you get a fungal infection.
