If I understand it correctly, they can arrest (and later fine) only for not allowing the ambulance to go through. Which, IMHO, should always be the case (regardless of pandemic). Everything else is a peaceful protest (more peaceful than blocking highways or railroad tracks that was going on for weeks with little police interference)

FInally something I can agree with the dumbasses. Anyone who is anti-vax and a COVID denier has absolutely no business taking up a hospital bed and services.
