Offered to the attendant? The approximate rate of such 'offers' is pretty much at least once per session.

As to the exact details comprising GFE with Attendants in MPs, I think you'll have to be content with a similar level of precision in the answer as in your question. Sometimes. Remembering YMMV for anything that's not WMPL. But if there's an E that is more GF than PS, it'll likely be less athletic and more cuddlesome. And certainly H in the end.
