I know, it is nothing, but my humble page has the honor of some of you visiting...999 times.

It is because of what I have posted and visitors mainly want to see if I were a Shill, a Troll, a guy with an ax to grind...etc... Still, I imagine if you have come visit, there must be a good reason to believe I've made my little voice counted in some ways, sometimes.

I hope that all have come haven't gone away empty handed, that would just break my humble heart ;).

I've clicked on many people's profile page accidentally. I browse often on my phone, and I click the name instead of the link to the posting. So if I am one of your 1000+, I can assure you that it was entirely unintentional.

I wonder how high the number of visits reaches for men on the board? Some guys have been on the board for a long time, and have a huge number of posts. Would visits have a relationship to posts? Rockslinger has nearly 30,000 posts in 7 years but "only" 1,500 visits. He does not hobby though. I joined the board 3 years ago, but only became active in the true sense about 6 months ago. The number of visits went from about 50 in June to 1,050 today. Not sure I understand this, as I hardly ever visit a guy's profile. Even though some of you are "cute" :rolleyes: I do check out the ladies profiles though :)

Even IF one visits two times a week without fail (or walk out ;)), it would take 10 years for 1,000 visits, and roughly 100,000-250,000. I don't know if I would be announcing this or declare bankruptcy :D.

Intentional or not, famous or infamous, all you guys who have come in are welcome to my humble dwelling on Terb :D.

I remember when I had posted much about TO, Steve has paid a few visits. I guess he, like some of you visitors, wanted to check out who I COULD be (competitor, troll, shiller...) by the posts I had. I rarely check anyone's history though, it is just too much reading to do to find out anything. Say a guy have 100 posts, to understand the meaning of his posts I gotta read many hundreds other posts... I have seen people mentioned they had read the history of a guy, quoting something from his old posting with links... I always wonder how much time it would take to do that, just to make a point, wow.

I think if someone posting just to voice his opinion without reporting a "fact" about a SP, MPA...etc... there is not much point in reading his history. On the other hand, if I got shilled to see a SP by a review, I would be checking the reviewer's page to confirm if there is a pattern, and often I find one.

I do not know if I ever checking the ladies' profile, what do you see there anyway? I'll check their profile and gallery page for sure though.
