So for one in Peterborough..

Was just requested to do a partial payment in parking lot, then the rest afterwards..

I am here thinking... Gee that sounds like a take a 1/3 or something... And then dip..

So.. not something I would do unless reviewed here... Really well.

But just wanted to toss this out here as a potential cause for concern and something for others to look out for.

As they would do the same for everyone..

It was more of a something to look out for. Bust a mad eye moody (from Harry Potter) constant vigilance!! Haha.

I think the point is that you can warn the rest of us so we know which ad to avoid.

I think, this is the running theme here.

But this post generically was to show another way people could get scammed, and to warn about that..

As it is determined it is 99% chance a scammer... They probably already have a new ad with new pics and new name.. or at the very least new name.
So know who is irrelevant, what to look out for it the important factor.

Can we please focus on that.
