My point is that douching and creams are not the way to go. IMO douching and creams are kind of like spraying perfume to get rid of BO, you are just masking the smell and possibly making it worse. The proper way to take care of it is from the inside out. As mentioned before eat well, include yogurt in your diet, exercise and do not wear tight clothing every day.

But simple fact of the matter is, its pretty damn easy to wash a vagina (have done so a few tiems even myself) and contrary to what most guys seem to think, flushing it out with a garden hose is not the key to feminine hygeine, quite the opposite in fact. Stale air from inside a tire gives a super stinky fishy smell. I've never encountered a really fishlike smell with a woman. More often the odour is from urine, and not the normal aroma of a pussy.

I agree with a few of the other posters, I'm hyper sensitive to a bad smell. If I get one bad whiff, it can completely turn me off a girl for good. I can't really help it.

I'm not sure if there's any merit to this, it may be completely psychological, but I get the impression that a girl who exercises regularly will smell better. Partly because she sweats out any impurities and then she is likely showering at least twice a day (once in the morning and once after her work out).

Certainly and again, it has something to do with diet in part. There is good advice here on food and exercise and washing which minimizes odour.
