You're such a wonderful young lady I'm surprised you ask this question. I say this with the assumption that you have an established client base of respectable gentlemen. Your availability and hours also indicate a certain screening out of undesirables (late night visitors) which further leads me to believe you have fewer new or one-time clients.
If I may suggest, take the greek option off your menu or at least clearly state greek is offered only after meeting, or offer it as ymmv after establishing a comfort level with repeat clients you wish to indulge such an intimate activity. I am not upset when SP's don't offer greek, it's their body and their comfort level.

How about something like:
"I'm willing/able to do [service] but never on the first visit and only after meeting other requirements"
That way you can avoid awkwardness on first visit and you can negotiate the next visit and make notes in your "diary" about what that client is like (size, cut, etc.). And, if things are cool the first visit then go ahead. Greek often requires extra prep(?) so this is very reasonable to put the brakes on it first visit.
