Music for the soul there's nothing like it. I hope this never comes to fruition but if I ever have to choose between losing my sight or losing my hearing, I choose the former. I can't live without music.

I'm pretty sure this predates Van Morrison. This got 60's sound. Digging it!
I vaguely remember this song, however, as I have been a huge Van Morrison fan, having almost all of his recordings in my library, I don't get the connection. Don't think he ever recorded that song, or did he?

Thanks, Obi, I do recollect that now. He must have been around 20 yrs old then. I remember his first big hit Brown Eyed Girl which got me hooked on his music mainly because I was dating a gorgeous girl at that time and used to sing (badly) that song to her.LOL.

To be honest I'm not that familiar with his discog either but I remember this jam. Hit #3 on the R&B charts. RIP Michael.

I so dig the voice of Frankie Beverly. Maze is great music to put on and just kick back and relax to. Jazzy R&B. Some of my favorites from them

The Morning After (1993)

Happy Feelin's (1977)

And my favorite Joy and Pain (1980)
