Estelle and Ronnie almost look like twins with the exception of the height difference. Be My Baby is their signature but this was a nice one too.
They started with my favorite song of theirs. Their first successful single. I can't believe it only hit #4 and #11 on the R&B and Hot 100 respectively.
'Milkeshake' got Kelis the most fanfare but I much prefer her first single. Neptunes with the production.

Great song from the post David Ruffin era. Dennis Edwards was very good, but no David Ruffin. Imho, with a few exceptional songs, especially those featuring Eddie Kendricks, the David Ruffin years were The Temptations' best...
The Ruffin years were 1964-1968 and were no doubt the heyday of the Temptations. 'My Girl', 'Get Ready', 'Ain't Too Proud to Beg' etc.
Dennis Edwards came in 1969 and the group went psychedelic a la Sly & the Family Stone. I loved Ball of Confusion though gotta admit.
