Favourite song, Will It Go Round In Circles. Died at a young age,60, I think.
Made Regae famous in North America. There is a great Bob Marley Pub in Universal Orlando. Went there with my wife who Is from South America and just loved the food. Not me, I am Ukrainian and they do not serve perogies. But the Red Stripe beer was good.
IMO both were great Motown and soul and pop groups. My favorites were My Girl, Baby I Need Your Login. But the best part of their music was dancing to their hits with your honey. How I miss those days. LOL.
On this date in 1987, Eric B. & Rakim's debut album Paid in Full was released. Its widely regarded as being one of the foundational classics, a true game changer in hip hop. So many jams on this one but this is my absolute favorite.
One of most sampled tracks in hip hop. Apparently over 1,700 times according to Who Sampled. The infamous break occurs at about 5:20 in. AIN'T IT FUNKY!

Off The Wall is my ATF favorite album. Wish he had done a song from that in this set as well.
not a remake or cover, just a song with the same title.............when i was copying and pasting JB....that song was showing up as well....i clicked on it....it got about 30 seconds of my time lol..
