These ladies really went under the radar. This song wasn't released as a single and therefore didn't chart. It only charted when the female r&b group Xscape covered it in the mid 1990's. I've posted both here, you be the judge. I like both versions but nothing hits like the original.

Did a great duet with Linda Ronstadt, Don't Know Much. Also, a cover of Leonard Cohen's song, Like A Bird On A Wire. I agree, he had an amazing voice.

This reminds me of grade school bringing in my ghetto blaster blaring this song, Let The Music Play, Atomic Dog and of course MJ's Thriller album. I think my teachers confiscated my ghetto blaster a few times until they got fed up and called my parents telling them I can't bring it to school anymore.
I totally forgot about that duet. Wow what a great song. Their voices complemented each other so well.
Occasionally sung by La Bamba at Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes gigs. I saw him sing this at Lee's Palace in August, 2003.
