I agree. Otis is on another level. I put him in the same echelon as Sam Cooke. True godfathers of soul music.
This is so worth the 50 minutes of listening time. Philly represent. I personally think Daryl Hall is criminally underrated as a singer. Go back into the Hall & Oates discography there are many challenging songs to sing due to the tempo changes, the highs and lows. Not a lot of singers could pull off what he did. More on Hall & Oates at a later date.
