Like how they have to keep saying "allegedly" even though they have numerous pictures and videos. Apparently there is some question about what his actual WH job was. Could he be a dirty tricks guy? This would certainly qualify....

I hope you understand the difference between arrested and convicted if you don't this conversation is over
Obviously you do not understand what "suing" is all about especially considering the scale of the crime that the FBI have of him:

Klein, a State Department staff assistant who held top-secret clearance until he resigned on January 19, has been hit with numerous charges related to his role in the failed coup, including unlawful entry and assaulting an officer with a dangerous weapon. Prosecutors allege that he “physically and verbally engaged with the officers holding the line” before attacking one with a stolen riot shield, and also used said shield “as a wedge in the door to the Capitol” to allow more rioters inside. Video also shows Klein “inciting the mob” and yelling to the crowd behind him “we need fresh people, we need fresh people” over and over.[/QUOTE]

So for a change do some diligent research before coming up with some wild and random statements!!

tons of people get charged and get off or have charges dropped/withdrawn until conviction he is alleged to have committed a crime that's the argument NOT what he has been charged with

He has been charged with multiple felonies:

A former State Department aide appointed by former President Donald Trump has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies related to the deadly U.S. Capitol riot on January 6.

So back to the original argument. Good luck to this staffer if he is going to sue any news media for reporting that he has been CHARGED!!

the whole argument was the use of allegedly not that he was arrested or charged he allegedly committed crimes until your convicted you are INOCENT which means the state/feds alleges you committed a crime not that you HAVE committed one that only happens once convicted

No it was about suing the Press that did not use the terminology "alleged"!! The cops do arrest someone where they have sufficient proof that he committed a crime. Yes, he is innocent until proven in court to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt. So first he has to go through court and try to prove that the actual videos of him committing the crimes is "fake". Good luck with that. We had a bud plug individual using the same logic as you when insisting that James Fields was innocent in the killing of Heather Heyer because the evidence of his innocence was available. LOL!!

I could care less if he’s innocent or guilty means nothing to me my point is he has allegedly committed crimes and that’s why it’s always said allegedly in the media because he has not been convicted yet

That was not my point. All I stated is that it is good luck if he can sue any tabloid / media for whatever reason. Tell us when that will occur. LOL!!
