I have been off and on this site for the better part of 8 years now . Every once and a while I wil re join and catch up with "friends" . One of these friends is Monique .
I have just read the horrible news . I am devastated.

This is very very sad to hear, I hope that she is receiving the best treatment available and for luck to be on her side.
In the few times I met her she struck me as an incredibly kind person, though nobody deserves what she has described she is going through. Life can be terribly cruel to nice people sometimes, I too am deeply saddened to read this news.

Hate to say this, but I think the announcement of her cancer (or whatever she was diagnosed with) has clouded everyone's memory. I can't recall ever seeing very many good reviews about her, yet here you all are piling on the love and praise for her. Does it make you all feel better about yourselves? Because I'll bet at least 2 or 3 of the posters here wrote negative reviews of her at some point, and now say how wonderful she was. How about just saying nothing. Nobody actually knew her, aside from her stage persona, so anything you say about her is just speculation.
Having said that, I'm sorry to hear about what she posted, but it really isn't my place to comment on it. No different than some stranger in the palliative care unit that I never knew.
And yes, I did see her once about 2 years ago. It was a forgettable session.

I had good chemistry with her, had great sessions (including a couple of awesome duos with other girls she worked with at times), and gave her a good review.
My judgement is not clouded, and I believe what she posted about with her affliction. There are many others who knew her personally, or who knew of her.
I would imagine those who have cared to kindly send their best wishes here, have not done so just based on their hobbying experience, and I'm not aware of any posters here who actually gave negative reviews, from the sounds of it. (How would you know?)
So it begs the question.

Your intellectual pretensions should be reserved for news of her demise. If and when such news becomes available. I would prefer that checks had not posted his comments, but they do have some factual comment. Your post is less acceptable but not a surprise.

Cancer is a terrible disease to go through especially while dealing with family that has disowned you after being outed as an escort. It's also customary to pay a little bit of respect to someone with a terminal disease and is on their death bed regardless of how much you might not like them.
What you don't seem to realize is that reviews talk about a very short period of time with another person. Reviews can never tell us who an SP really is like in her real life. I've never been with Monique before, but she can't be such a terrible person as to not deserve our thoughts, prayers or love at this time.

This is the most heart wrenching sad post I've read here...So so sad! My heart goes out to her so much. I hope she is ok. Did anyone here ever talk to her outside of this board? Does anyone know what happened?

Yes it is :frown: It's even more sad to think that she had no family with her through such a difficult time and was alone. I hope she went in peace if she has gone.
Funny you guys just revived this thread, I was just thinking about this thread/her today.
