Seems so. It is pretty clear that funding for ISIS is coming from Saudis.

From what I can see, the Saudis are playing a fine line. They have invested billions into the spread of the Wahhabi sect but at the same time they like the more secular pleasures that money brings. Like many religious monarchies, they have been using that strict interpretation of religion as a means of keeping their people under control yet the dogma they push can also easily be used to go after the royal regime.

Here are one of my few theories.

1) Tower 1, fell and parts were LAUNCHED out of it, yet amazingly so only onto tower 7 oh and they didn't land perfectly it's chaotic, remember.
2) Tower 7, fell, much like 1 and 2, "straight down" and of course the debris on tower 7 is ITS OWN debris.

So do they look similar in how they fall? You know, "straight down"?

6:41 below, they can be covered with tarps, in this case on the outside, but also, over top of the explosion itself to prevent projectile style collateral damage
14:12 core columns are taken out at the bottom and it comes straight down, HOWEVER, it didn't share the same core as the WTC buildings.

There is no sound for either buildings, I didn't edit them for one so therefore I didn't leave them out conveniently.
IN FACT, you raise a fantastic question, funny how there AREN'T any videos of WTC 7 with sound so readily available.
