I am surprised that he still can't get out of bed since he is much lighter now. At 700 lbs he should try and start walking around. An amazing case of an over weight person was the late Robert Earl Hughes. This guy was 1069 lbs and was incredibly pretty mobile as he was able to do work around the farm.
