Well just had to correct this GOP '6 month myth' on Clinton's boom. If you check the charts you will find that the stock market hit its all time highs on March 10,2005. Clinton's boom lasted 3 months over into Dubya's term and from that date 3/10/05 quickly deteriorated as Wall Street lost confidence in the direction Dubya was taking the USA. A massive deterioration that it is still struggling and recovering from. THANK YOU BUSH/CHENEY & CO........

Binge drinking among high school seniors has fallen form 36.9% in 1975 to 29.2% in 2004.
The number of youths age 12-17 who were victims of crime has declined from 120 per 1000 children in 1994 to 45 per 1000 in 2004.
Obviously, not everything is rosy, but the Index, in tracking 28 separate measures, shows that children's overall well-being is improving.
