I’m actually in the market for a personal trainer! But all I got is 45 minutes. That’s why I’m a hhr guy and not a 1hr guy. And I have to drive fast 15 minutes to and from😅
Let me send you some generic workouts for 8 weeks and then say you’re going to a lifting seminar in the GTA 🤣

That’s exactly what it is, high intensity interval training, nobody is a jack rabbit, we all slow the pace and switch position before we make them climax.
This is gold! I see your humor in mixing high intensity working out with high intensity fking🔥I’m in decent shape 5’11 160 but I think I’m better trained at fking than working out😁

5'11 160? Fuck me, I haven't been 160 since I was doing triathlons 35 years ago.

I mean, this was my work out this morning. I likely burnt more calories in 3 hours than you do in a day I bet and I'm still fighting 185-190..

Do you starve yourself or what?:oops: :ROFLMAO: I wish I wore my watch so I could compare the HR to the hour of sex noon as well....:ROFLMAO:

Far from starving. I believe tonight menu is bbbq steak myself, lobster, green salad and maybe ice cream. Pretty well eat as I please as long as it’s good 😛

How can you help with gaining girth and or musculature?
A regiment workout routine of exercises, customized volume and set rest periods. Choosing the way of working out will dictate your physique(CrossFit vs bodybuilding vs fighter). As for girth… that would be dependent on your nutrition and supplements.

Creatine will be the biggest assistance to putting on size, given it’s taken correctly.

New exercises will force an adaptation period where your muscles will respond to the new stimulated pathways.

Accountability and consistency are also key contributors to maintaining your goals.

Of course this all depends on athletic background and current state of activity and nutrition.

Ya, no running. I did Triathlons back in the day but I wouldn't run now. Far too much chance of injury and I really don't want that.

I'm a simple guy so I don't really mix it and ya, I know I should. It's walk to the gym, stretch, 1 hour of stairs, 1 hour weights, 1 hour rowing machine then walk home. I do it 3-4 days a week depending on what I need to do that day. For me the hard part is not the work out but getting up at 4am to I finish the exercising and then have time to do 'stuff', including seeing some awesome women. By about 2pm I get a little delirious from the exhaustion and lack of sleep.

The other issue is that, sure, I can do the 3 hours but it just gets more...slower. So for example, the 20th, "455" "zone minutes", 22nd, 315 zone minutes, 24th 334 zone minutes...all sort of consistent with a rest day right? So on the 25th, 265 zone minutes and 223 zone minutes today :ROFLMAO: Bit of a drop.

The stairs is paced so I can't fake that, the weights really don't drive a lot of heart rate so doesn't really impact the zone minutes but it's the damn rowing machine. I get a little tired and can't push with the legs like I should...

Had a visit today with her today. her pictures in the add are spot on she is a pretty girl. She is from Rumania and said that she is fairly fresh to Canada.
