4 Children Found Safe

This is absolutely amazing. How did they manage? I once saw a TV program called "Survivalist" or something like that about how men (women and trans?) survive in the wild but these are children 13 and younger.

"After 40 days of being lost in the Amazon jungle, four Indigenous children were found alive by Colombian soldiers after the children, one as young as 11 months old, survived a plane crash that killed three adults including their mother. The children are all siblings and are ages 13, 9, 4 and 11 months."

Youngest being 11 months old, that is insane. Theres all sorts of wild animals in the amazon jungle, surprised the constant crying did not draw any predators

Amazing story.

I am a firm believer that some people are genetically programmed to have a strong will. Whether it is the will to live, to succeed or to just move forward when facing adversity.

They survived for 40 days in the jungle. What did they do for food? What about dangerous wild animals? Doctors say they are all in good health but will stay in the hospital for 2 days.

Apparently, the mother survived the crash but died 4 days later.

Question: Is it possible they had human help? Maybe an indigenous tribe found them and cared for them?

That is a great story and glad they survived. I may last a week in the forest in Ontario if I'm lucky. The bugs alone would mess you up.

Reminds me of those two 18 year murderers who escaped to northern Manitoba and committed murder-suicide.

Apparently they ate food dropped by helicopters. There were signs they were alive throughout.
