So...You think PP knows the economy better than Carney? Or even Trudeau? I ask because the man has spent the past 20 years in the House. He hasn't had a real job is decades. I know you lot LOVE to shit on Trudeau and say he isn't smart, or belittle him because he was a teacher and what not....but is PP better? I'm not sure. He is a better communicator compared to previous conservative leaders....but he also lies or mischaracterizes shit that it makes me question what he actually knows about the Canadian governmental system...like, what is federal or provincial jurisdiction. That is worrisome to me...
"better" is a relative term.
Has Carney ever started his own business?
Carney has been in politics for the past 20 years as well....so?

Rather than dying on the "we need a new Liberal leader" hill of hope, how about reconciling the fact that Trudeau and the federal Liberals have been a disaster for Canada for the past decade.

Time for a change.

Bring it home.

Carney has not been a politician. He's an economist and central banker. And, the central banks he ran are apolitical. His job was to do the best for the economy, something which he did with flying colours during the financial crisis.

I'm curious to what you mean by "bring it home?"

Look, I try to be objective. I am a Liberal supporter, but I don't turn a blind eye to his incompetence, nor do ignore good things done by a conservative government. You don't seem to have that capability. Trudeau is obviously not our greatest PM. I would argue he likely isn't our worst either. But, like many on this board, you have a knee-jerk reaction to be pissed about anything he does, good or bad.
You are not objective. You just tell yourself that.

Trudeau has almost half his Party gunning at his head. I don't know what more you need?

Well I didn't want to make it too complicated so you could comprehend it without asking your wife for help with the big words. I would never make such an insult towards your poor mother. Having to raise a wretch like you is more punishment than one woman deserves. 🤷‍♂️
Go troll someone else... I don't arm wrestle with thalidomide babies.

Impressive! Thalidomide is a really big word for someone of your limited intelligence. Wait...your wife typed that for you didn't she? If you don't like my commentary feel free to put me on ignore. I mean, you would never do that because you're far too interested in hearing what i have to say but always try and remember that you have that option. Alternatively, learn how to take it like a man and quit whining. You sound like a cat in heat.:ROFLMAO:

I guess you don't really know the meaning of the word objective. All you do is shit on the guy (and, to be fair, its mostly called for). I can admit he's fucked things up. But, I can also be fair and say he didn't fuck everything up. You obviously cannot because you are a pure partisan.

And....Need for what? I want him to step down as well. What do you think I've been saying?

The chickens have come home to roost so to speak.
All the years of giving him and his party passes on things they've f*cked up has amounted to death by 1000 cuts.

Um...i agree with this. It's kind of what I've been saying for a while.

Trudeau is stubborn, like his father. I think he's done decent job but the hate machine has been in overdrive for years. If you actually listen to him now, he proves that he is much more than a substitute teacher with good hair. He doesn't even lace his speech with ums and aahs like he used to. Unfortunately the internet tidal wave of slander is unstoppable and he should probably withdraw before the lemmings follow PP off the cliff.
Wow you think he's done a decent job. Have you suffered a recent blow to the head?

A single blow could not cause the amount of damage necessary to have that perspective. It would take multiple blows from a pack of silver back gorillas to come to that conclusion.

Hey, I don't like defending the idiot, but not everything this Liberal government did was wrong or bad. I couldn't honestly say that all of Harper's moves were terrible, because they were not. That being said, I think there needs to be a chance. I just wish it was Erin O'Toole instead of PP....
I can never forgive his destroying the all party consensus on balanced budgets over his panic over a temporary shock. He could bring in medical prostitution for fat guys and fully financed feline health care and it would not make up for that. Even going from 10 billion for 3 years to over twice as much isn't as bad as the initial break in financial discipline. But then I don't have the attention of a goldfish so my opinion doesn't matter.

Post the definition of objective. Everything I've said about Trudeau is factual and not my opinion.

I'm objectively telling you he's a horrible PM and always was. Most likely the worst.

I think you (like many) are too emotionally invested in Trudeau to really consider how deep his mistakes are.

No PM should ever be as bad as he's been.
