If Fred decided that he didn't want reviews posted of SP's with the letter "E" in their name, there would be no reviews of SP's with the letter "E" in their name. IMO, that would be a silly reason, but because it's not my board, and I'm essentially a guest here on his tab, I'd respect his decision.
There are other boards out there. Honestly, if it's such a chore for you to follow Fred's rules, go ahead and leave, and post on them.
