30 Minutes vs 1HR

Thank, hapless. As soon as you guys mentioned my title mistake I looked to change it but didn’t look hard enough - found the edit function today.

45 minutes is looking like good idea to me.

I had a 45 minute session with a girl that I normally see for an hour yesterday, as she had another client already booked for later. As I mentioned I usually go for 45 min sessions anyways, but since there isn't much difference between 45 min and 1 hr session, about $20, I just go for 1 hr with her. I gotta say, the session was so much tighter and actually worked a bit better than the 1 hr. I don't know what it is, but maybe with 1 hr you end up filling it with unnecessary stuff in between?

I always go for 1hr. Last time I went to CMJ, I book the girl for 90 minutes and found it way too long.
