Friend of mine was hit on his motorcycle going in to the driveway of his workplace by a "Bramptonite". He broke his shoulder, ribs, wrist and a concussion. She was going too fast on West drive, while all other cars were stopped to let him turn in left she plowed right in to him. Sent him airborne. Crushed his beloved two wheeler. She then starts feigning injury herself "Oooooooohhhh my neck, I'm thinking I have the whiplash.....". Went to court still pleading injury to herself and counter suing him. The judge threw it out immediately. 7 years, 3 surgeries and a fear of getting back on two wheels and he's finally awarded a high 6 figure settlement. The woman? In that 7 years, she was involved in three more accidents, injuring two severely. Numorous speeding tickets, red light infractions, unsafe lane changes and this woman is still on the road and making roti on Saturdays scot free of injury.

This is the Brampton I see everytime I pass through it.

what is the background of the lady? go on we are all Adults here .. i bet she aint born in Canada

They should raise the driving age to 18 or 19 , these kids don't understand consequences of driving responsible, they obviously speeding.
Outside North America teens generally don't have such easy
access to cars. In this case I wonder if the kids stole their parents'
car keys during the night.

Indians are everywhere but why most of reckless driving accidents happen in Brampton? It's because of the mentality folks in and around brampton have got.
No regard for the rules.
mentality - that they can get away with anything.

When you have legal firms advertising "Got a Traffic ticket? Don't Pay! Call us", then how do you expect people to take the rules seriously.

what i dont get is you immigrate here... to what rip off other f people? brampton is the highest in Canada for insurance fraud! that is what gets me
sorry my blood boils having said this i know of 4 people who actually got ripped off ... and one almost did in a traffic accident a few years ago and by 2 drivers in separate cars being boxed in at a traffic light
for me i almost missed an accident where i would have damaged public property.. thank God i was able to control my car and anticipate the wrong doing of the other person.. a bramptonite.. this is why i got a camera for proof otherwise the other car would have just taken off and i would not be able to back my story..
