I think it's great and am happy for both. I also think it's smart for Cadillac to help them get the feel for F1. They won't do anything of note next year (would be amazing if they did just to shake the shit out of the sport) but having that much experience behind the wheel(s) is the best thing for the team. Gonna be interesting in 2026 with Audi stepping in as well, and all the overall design changes.This is now official.
My take is Bottas brings experiance from being with Merc team for many years.
Perez brings just as much experiance and probably lots of sponsorship money.
