You forgot to also say younger.
"( white, brown , black , Asians)" agreed. Hence, also darker than the Leaf fan base. So, more likely than the Leafs to increase their fan base.
Also, newer Canadians are much more likely to play basketball and/or soccer (cricket and rugby) than hockey.

Golden State are very tough, Dreymond plays dirty. He pushed into Kawhi in 17 causing him to sprain his ankle and he broke JV's thumb. Not to mention the nads kicking. Are KD and Demarcus Cousins expect back for the series? JV used to turn Boogie into an emotional lesbian when he played for the Pelicans, can Marc Gasol do the same? It's going to be tough but I'm keeping the faith.
Jurassic park rocks!!! The best experience I had in my entire sports fan career that proved to me the old saying: the best concert is the free one. Every one should try at least once in a life time to really appreciate and embrace the differences in our human's life. I am glad that I did it on the game 6 last Saturday May 25, 2019 NBA eastern conference final Raptors vs Bucks despite the weather. What a experience, what a fond of memory! Globally the Raptors crush the Leafs by several thousand kms. Recent whinings aside about his antics, people fail to realize Drake's impact as global ambassador, it goes far beyond $$$$$. What was once an NBA backwash has become the pivot point for the league internationally. In an interview with Rosemary Barton recently, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was asked if the league would accept the Raptors as NBA Champions - he could barely contain his joy at the thought. Kawhi is a smart lad, I hope he understands this and stays.

I did a background check on Kawhi's health problems. They began in 2017 Playoffs when he sprained his ankle against the Houston Rockets, the Spurs advanced. Against GS, he aggravated the injury when Pachiula stepped into his jump shot. The following season was a battle of will, the Spurs doctors cleared him to play but Kawhi wasn't having it. Ankle injuries can lead to more serious problems, it was a long term risk he didn't want to take - he didn't want to end up like Derrick Rose. That caused a rift with Pops and the rest is destiny.
Kawhi is definitely not a smart person, just listen to interviews...lol. Then listen to Steph Curry's interview that you posted. Now that's someone who has a brain up there. One thing about Kawhi, is he doesn't seem to swayed by popularity which is a good thing. I think he really just wants to be in a place where's he comfortable, gets treated right, and has a chance to win. I definitely think he's happy the way the organization has treated him, and he gets an extra 42 million or something like that if he stays, so there's a strong argument it's not a foregone conclusion he bolts at seasons end.

Just because Kawhi didn't get a Canadian education like Steph doesn't mean he's not intelligent. He's a born leader, before G5 against the Bucks, he took his team mates aside and told them to enjoy the moment. He speaks softly and carries a big shot.
The Spurs medical staff didn't treat him right. Any injury from the ball of the foot to the tendons supporting the calf muscle carries complications if not treated properly. Kwahi was smart enough to figure that out, why risk a knee injury that will shorten your career.
Btw have you seen what passes for education for poor community blacks in the USA? You should watch Dangerous Minds, great film starring Michelle Pfeiffer (1995)...what ever happened to Coolio?

Anybody who compares Kawhi's "intelligence" to Curry needs to keep in mind that Curry had all the advantages afforded by a multi-millionaire father.
