Anyone see the small article in Sat. Sun about the 2 Ladies busted for advertising sex for sale in Chicago, on Craigslist. In exchange for donations or roses. (these were called code words for money) the police said. The two were not working together, two separate incidents according to police.

Problem solved. Each escort opens her own flower shop. You buy 150 to 250 roses, she takes you in the cooler and gives you the GFE when you give her the roses. You're paying for flowers, not sex. She just likes you a lot for giving the flowers to her, and helping her business out. She can recycle the roses for at least a few days.:D

Or license herself as a charity, and you are making a charitable donation. Although I like the first solution better.

Would clients receive a tax deductible receipt after every visit? It would be pretty good if we did.

I am from the US but come to Toronto for work. The USA sucks for escorting. I was actually busted once and it cost me a large chunk of change in lawyer costs to make it go away. Be VERY carefull in the USA.

None of the above are solutions. Posting that the ad is not a proposition for sex, or that the cost is for time only, or the fee is in roses is also a waste of time, except to protect the advertising site.

It is nice to live in a free country unlike the USA

I had to go to the US (mid west) for training a few times and each state is different but they really are not enjoying the Level of Freedom we enjoy over all. IN escorts because its not decriminalized it really drives up the costs for the SP and the John due to legal BS

So I MADE my business to come to Canada regularly.
If I should lose my libido, still, would continue to come.
US ok to look at as a working camp for the time being. Happy if I am out

Hey, I tried justifying going to the SC years ago by stating I was supporting "single moms" as if it was the same as supporting "Big Sisters".

Where is that avitor or sig pic with the dancer on the pole, and the caption about supporting single moms?

I never said it was an ad or anything about an ad. You didn't read my post. There was no exchange of sex for money. I suggested a purchase of a legitimate product, give it to the owner, and out of gratitude, she had sex. Plain and simple. No different than buying flowers and dinner for your lady friend, especially if it is the first date. If you don't like flowers, then how about widgets or having a yardsale. "$250 for the bed, and I'll let you try it out first".

I guess I should have been busted years ago for buying flowers from a friend who was partners in a flower shop, and then having sex with her later.

I did read your post. Sorry, your solutions have been tried many times in many various ways and do not work. If they did work then prostitution would be legal. The problem is the courts look at the evidence and the underlying transaction.Your last example is not relevent.

Prostitution is absolutely legal in Canada. Do a search on terb - there have been many discussions of this.

Communicating in public for the purposes of prostitution - illegal.

Having or being in a 'common bawdy house' - illegal.

Living off the avails of prostitution - illegal.

Anything involving minors in prostitution - illegal.

But if you book a lady to come to your hotel room or home (for example), and pay her for sex, but did not discuss it in public (including in your car, oddly enough), nothing illegal has occurred.
