That CCB payment is per kid and tax free, and in addition to what Mom gets from Ontario Works (Welfare). Also none of that goes to housing, Mom gets a housing benefit to pay for her RGI co-op house.
I know 2 welfare queens very well, and I would need to make 100K a year to match the value of what they pull out of the system.
