I learned a life long lesson from that experience. After a challenge to eat extremely hot wings I found the pain going in wasn't anywhere near the torture from the ring of fire coming out, I swear I was dripping battery acid. Only mild since.

I don't get the 'macho-ness' around eating very spicy foods like these chips or wings. Sure, to some it may be a sign of how 'manly' you might be but at the end of the day, you don;t even taste the food for what it is. Just heat. Its stupid. I am Italian and my family eats very spicy all the time. I stopped for a while now just because I realized I was no longer tasting the food. Seems ridiculous now.

There is spicy and there is SPICY. Heat is measured in units called Scoville's. Tabasco is 5 units, Franks Red Hot is 8 units of heat. Some of these peppers can give over 1,000,000 units of heat when concentrated. Big difference. No idea why Hershey would be so dumb to market a high heat product, accident waiting to happen......well, not waiting anymore.

I tried that chip and could only eat a quarter of it and my mouth was on fire like it has never been before. I eat spicy food but this chip was next level. I don’t know how these people on line are eating the whole thing. Worst part about it was that I took a piss shortly after and I had major cockburn for about 20 mins because the dust from the chips was on my fingers.
