I've honestly been considering adding milk thistle into my routine for this very reason. You can even make your own capsules for cheap thanks to the 'Zon.

Almonds every day. Just a handful of 15-20. Raw and unsalted. Help with this and general lowering of cholesterol.

Parsley tea should also be mentioned here. Parsley is one of the best liver cleansers there is in nature. Can also be infused with olive oil for cooking. Or made as a tincture with an alcohol base to extract the volatile oils (vodka, rum, whiskey, wine, brandy, gin).

If all else fail, ask for a pig liver. Or, ask a human for part of their liver. A liver can regenerate so all you need is a piece, not the whole liver from another human.

"Pig liver transplants to humans
The pig liver was used to temporarily keep Pennington alive until a human liver became available, but surgeons at Baylor hope to one day transplant pig livers into humans. There is concern, though, that humans could pick up a virus from pigs."

"A liver transplant involves the removal of a PORTION of the living donor's liver so it can be transplanted into the recipient patient. Eugene Melnyk, the Ottawa Senators owner, was recovering after undergoing a successful liver transplant at Toronto General Hospital. (CBC)"

Thanks for sharing! It's really essential to take care of your health now in order to avoid problems in the future. I decided to change some lifestyle habits to improve my well-being. I exercise every day, keep a healthy diet, and take vitamins from Canada Drugs Direct. To be honest, I am feeling much better now so it works.
