Correct amounts in an envelope is the most professional and courteous way of handling a cash transaction in this business IMHO.
I would say about 75% of clients through our agency already do this, it would be nice to convert the other 25% to this and we would never have another thread like this again.

I usually PLEDGE the $150 if service is up to par.
this doesn't go over well & I end up paying the $150 instead.

The website says it's $150, but the past three times i visited them i gave the girl $160 (8x$20) and did not get back my $10. Of course it might be a small amount each time, but it adds up, right. So, maybe they can officially bring up the rate to $160 or make sure the client gets his $10 back.

I have said it before and I will say it again you guys ROCK man. Another hilarious thread! Who would have the balls to ask for there change back if its only 10 bucks ha ha!
