If you go to trial ask the cop a lot of questions, usually they take crappy notes. Ask them what lane was I in?, traffic volume?, and so on. If you have many questions that the cop can not answer the Judge could throw it out. Just make sure the questions are relevent? GL :cool:

Legally the most a credit card can stiff you with is a max of $50 for all unathorized use. They should have no problem because they will reverse the charges to the retailer that took the card. The banks never loose on this stuff. :rolleyes:

A word of advice: Never believe them when they say it was just opened. It's a return or it was on display. If you still want to buy an opened item make them hook it up and test it in store. Also before you leave the store make sure the product you are buying has never been opened. Look at...
