Well I do believe that cops lie and are corrupt. Trouble is they are the ones that are solely interpretting the criminal code on prostitution, soliciting, bawdy houses etc. They do have discretion but often it makes for good articles in the paper to say "hey we busted all these places"...

Hey The same thing happens in Alberta now. They bust the massage places all the time. Need to change the criminal code to get these places legalized and stop putting women out on the streets. They seem to want the "pigfarmer" to hurt the women.
