They are likely very old ads that have not been taken down. SPs are notorious for going out of business but still leaving their old ads on websites. She used to advertise on Leolist when available, but I have not seen any ads there in a long time.

I agree. It's a very low key location, easy to miss if you're not looking out for it. Lots of parking, little traffic, and not in a strip mall or busy setup like that.
