...in front of the Outlet mall at Division and 401 (Across Division from the Holiday Inn and Comfort inn) is pretty nice, modern and didn't require a keycard if memory serves. I know some SP's from Ottawa who would base out of there when in Kingston. It has a Bistro bar on the main floor as well.
