Nope not at all. I just walk past them and also ignore any cleaning staff too. This is the same thing with GTA hotels that have incalls even with the agencies there. The hotels who regularly have incalls are use to this so no big deal. You just need to develop the balls to walk through.

I'll likely go to Phom Phen first as an add on to Thailand since I've never been to Cambodia and PP has the more developed monger scene compared to Siem Reap. If the touristy stuff at PP pales compared to Siem Reap, then I might add on Siem Reap too just to get in the touristy stuff.
