I was very active 2013 to 2015 then gradually scaled back to a couple times a year until I stopped in 2019. The girl I had seen those last couple years (and only her for 2 years) left the business during covid. We had some family stuff right after covid, then we moved then I had stomach surgery and it was fall 2023 when I decided to see a lady I had last seen about 6 or 7 years earlier. Naturally as it happens, and I remember when we had new babies, she got home, got cuddling the baby and fell asleep so she didn't reply to me. But now I'm sitting there horny and decide if she's had sex already, no need for me to be celibate waiting for her lol and I call up one of my Asian places and off I go for a little midnight rendezvous. So it wasnt a big break, but 5 weeks when I have rarely gone more than 5 days the last 7 months has felt like a long time lol
